Pentair EC-229940 G2 three prong Plastic Installation Tool – This installation tool is designed to use with all G2 formerly Style 2 pop-up heads. It helps you install, remove and clean the heads with ease. Made for easy installation and use, this tool will help ensure the best service life possible.
How to install & remove G2 Cleaning Heads:
- Undo the wing-nut on the tool and insert the tool into your pool pole.
- Align the holes and thread the bolt through both your pool pole & the tool.
- Tighten the wing-nut.
- Align the 3 prongs with the corresponding slots on the head.
- Twist clockwise to install the cleaning head into the floor fitting.
- A slight twist counter-clockwise will free the tool from the cleaning head after installation.
