The tank base is a replacement for Bestway and Flowclear 1,500 and 1,600 gal. sand filter pumps, as well as Steel Pro MAX, Power Steel, APX 365 and Hydrium above ground pool sets that come with a 1,500 or 1,600 gal. sand filter pump. The base is placed under the sand filter pump tank to increase stability so the tank isn’t in direct contact with the ground.
